"I have the following information about members of the Thomas Legion who died at Ft. Delaware Prison. The records do not show what State or County the soldier was from, but some may be Jackson County boys. I am providing the information exactly as it was presented on the Ft. Delaware records. There are several obvious mistakes or discrepancies, but I haven't tried to correct them."

This is all the information I have from Ft. Delaware and Finns Point National Cemetery. There may have been additional members of the Legion who died Ft.
Delaware, and, of course, there are undoubtedly members of the Legion who survived their imprisonment at Ft. Delaware.
